This confidentiality agreement is developed in accordance with the requirements of the Ukrainian Law No. 2297 dated 01.06.2010 "On Personal Data Protection" and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation that regulate legal relations related to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data, as well as the right of citizens to non-interference in personal life and the right to self-expression.

SPECTR Agency, caring about the development of relationships with clients and users of our website, understanding the importance of ensuring the protection of your personal data, in order to resolve possible conflicts and misunderstandings, has prepared this Confidentiality Agreement (Privacy Policy), hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy," and the terms of use of the website sitestock.net, hereinafter referred to as the website.     5. make a reasoned demand to the owner of personal data with a denial of processing their personal data;
    6. make a reasoned demand for the change or destruction of their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data if this data is processed illegally or is inaccurate;
    7. protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision, or untimely provision, as well as protection from providing information that is inaccurate or discredits the honor, dignity, and business reputation of an individual;
    8. file complaints about the processing of their personal data to state authorities and officials whose authority includes personal data protection, or to court;
    9. apply legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;
    10. impose restrictions on the right to process their personal data when giving consent;
    11. withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
    12. know the mechanism of automated processing of personal data;
    13. protect against automated decision-making that has legal consequences for them.
  3. The disposal of personal data of an individual who is limited in civil capacity or recognized as incapacitated is carried out by their legal representative.
